Common questions

• Do I need an account? Only to ski with a group. Browsing resorts and a solo session work without one.
• Who can see where I am? Only the people in a group you are sharing with, only while you share, and only until the group ends. Nothing is kept afterwards. See the privacy policy.
• Why does it run a workout? A workout keeps the phone's GPS at full rate, which is what lets the app tell a lift from a run. On the phone it is thrown away unless you choose to save it.
• Which resorts are drawn? Big Sky, Jackson Hole, Vail, Beaver Creek, Aspen Snowmass, Telluride, Steamboat, Deer Valley, Park City, Sun Valley, and Mammoth. More are coming; the rest of the world shows on Apple Maps.
• How do I delete my account? Settings, Delete account.
